DIGITAL INDEMNITY, WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & REFUND POLICY

MAVERICK LAP ATTACK – EDITION 5

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during online registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the following terms and conditions:

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that motorsport activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks including, but not limited to, serious bodily injury, permanent disability, death, and damage to property. I confirm that my participation in Maverick Lap Attack – Edition 5 is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own free will, risk, and responsibility.

I expressly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from my participation, including accidents, collisions, vehicle failure, track conditions, weather conditions, or the actions of other participants.

2. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby irrevocably waive, release, and forever discharge Maverick Racing, its founders, organizers, officials, volunteers, staff, sponsors, partners, service providers, and the circuit owner and venue management from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, including personal injury, death, or property damage suffered by me or my vehicle during or in connection with the event.

 

3. INDEMNITY & HOLD HARMLESS

I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Maverick Racing, the event organizers, sponsors, officials, and venue management against any and all claims, losses, damages, penalties, costs, or legal expenses arising out of or related to my participation, my driving actions or omissions, mechanical condition or failure of my vehicle, or breach of event rules.

4. DAMAGE TO VEHICLES, PROPERTY & TRACK

Any damage caused by me to vehicles, equipment, track, or venue property shall be entirely my responsibility. Repair or replacement costs shall be assessed at prevailing market rates as determined by the organizer or venue management and shall be final and binding.

5. VEHICLE, FITNESS & MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY

I confirm that my vehicle is mechanically sound and that I am medically fit to participate. All medical and emergency expenses shall be borne by me.

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

All entry fees are non-refundable once paid. In case of force majeure events including extreme weather or natural calamities, a refund of up to 50% may be issued at the sole discretion of the organizer. No refunds for no-shows, mechanical failure, DNS, DNF, or disqualification.

7. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE & LEGAL VALIDITY

Electronic acceptance constitutes a legal and binding agreement.
